About Amanda:

A graduate of The University of Minnesota, Amanda Charles brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the Moxie team. 

Amanda graduated college during the height of the pandemic, and like many others, she was looking for stability in her for job. She had a deep bench of experience with U.S. Bank and continued working them post-graduation, focusing on employee training while finding new and unconventional ways to educate employees about technology. She joined the Moxie team in early 2023, and has quickly shown our clients and staff her value through a compassionate, yet analytical approach to wealth management.

Beyond her role at Moxie, Amanda is committed to expanding financial literacy in Minnesota and beyond. She volunteers with Best Prep, Minnesota nonprofit focused on financial and career education for students in grades 4–12, where she regularly speaks about investing basics, career readiness, and the fundamentals of money management. She loves connecting with the next generation and helping students feel confident in their financial futures.

Amanda has also served as a board member as volunteer chair for the Diaper Bank of Minnesota, and she currently serves as the sponsorship director for Women Entrepreneurs of Minnesota, supporting a community of female-founded businesses.

A true adventurer and Midwesterner, you will find Amanda in the great outdoors outside of work. She spends her summers hiking or at the lake with family, and during the winter she loves cross country skiing. She is passionate about traveling, the Green Bay Packers, her ever-growing collection of houseplants and latest pottery projects.
