MINNEAPOLIS — April 28, 2022 — Kristin Printon, Co-Founder and Vice President of Moxie Wealth Management, an affiliate of North Star Resource Group, has been named a 2022 Notable Women in Banking and Finance by Twin Cities Business.

Individuals who qualified to the list had at least five years of experience in their field and showed the ability to effect change in their roles or areas of practice. Notable Women in Banking and Finance recipients were considered based on nominations and accepted after editorial review. Editorial review focused on individuals who have set the standard for crunching numbers and leading their teams to sustainable company growth. They also take time outside the office to mentor students, working mothers, and young professionals in the industry.

With more than twelve years in the industry, Printon has made an impressive impact within the industry and the community. She co-founded North Star Resource Group’s Law Division in 2011, developed a “Women & Wealth” workshop and corresponding workbook, and is a mentor to many of the financial professionals within North Star. In 2015, she co-founded Moxie Wealth Management alongside Joe Burgess.

In addition to the significant work with women in finance, Kristin also holds the position as volunteer chair for the Diaper Bank of Minnesota, is an eMentor and Classroom Plus volunteer for BestPrep, and is the volunteer financial planner for Learning Motherhood.
